  2. Return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging at your expense.

2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following:

  • Products in their original condition, unopened and unused.
  • Items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exceptions:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or personalised products unless faulty.

3. How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are issued for items returned in their original condition or for faulty products.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  3. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receipt at sales@resolvemedia.co.uk with a description and photos of the issue.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

6. International Orders

For international orders, you are responsible for the cost of returning items. Refunds for faulty items will include reasonable shipping costs.
